Good evening gentlemen, could I request some assistance from anyone who can help?
Good.
Now, the trouble with my ventrilo is that it won't let me log in. I've triple checked the port number, the IP address and the password, but it won't let me in, is there something someone can do to help?

If you had an old password from the other server, try that.
