No, historically the panzershreck was a platoon level weapon, so you'd have one shrek per 20-40 guys depending on how many was assigned to the platoon.

if you want to fix stormtroopers, make the base cost like 30 munitions or 50 munitions.

Its better with two three-shrek squads as each squad can take a casualty compared to a 2-shrek or a 4-shrek where you can get boned out of a firing shrek too quickly
