vet2 and above stickies

almost positive i'm not receiving a 3rd sticky on my rifles. only lets me throw two on any given squad.

and yes i'm aware that if the thing you're trying to sticky goes out of range it'll count as a use but this isn't the case.

i've kinda noticed this too. i had a vet 3 rifle (god rest his soul...) that seemed to be a lil short on stickies.

can confirm again, just played a game where my vet3 rifle had 2 stickies
