[US] Armor Doctrine T4

Someone mentioned making a T4 specifically for shermans. I think this could be a great idea, perhaps something that increases their range and accuracy only. That way, the sherman can serve as an anti-infantry tank rather then an anti-armor one. Maybe a 15% increase to each, this allows them to snipe and stay out of range of a shrek or faust.
