I unlocked this t1 ability on my brits accound and my mortar pit and mortar team still have the same crappy range.

I think it affects the Mortar Pit but not the 2in Mortar.

Are you guys trying the barrage or basic attack/attack ground? Because i don;t know if the Barrage ability was changed with the range but it's regular attack should be for sure.

It should but i don't know if it does. The Barrage ability on the british 2in mortar is crappy(like worse then ATG range) but it's ground fire is close(or is?) to the American mortar

Wehr Mortar = 85 barrage and attack
Mortar Pit = 75 barrage and attack

US Mortar = 75 barrage and attack
PE Mortar HT = 70 barrage and attack
2in Mortar = 75 attack, 30-35 barrage Huh

US Mortar = 350mp, 50 muni
2in Mortar = 380mp, 30 muni

Supercharge mortar pits primarily had their barrage range increased in CoH, so I have no idea why it's not so in EIR, heh..

The 2in mortar is let down mostly by Damage.  I think it has 1.5x Supression of any Mortar, but however does about 0.5x damage of American mortar, yet the whermact one.  While it may hit as often as the other mortars, the problem is  the damage is so low it could only kill 6 inf max in a match before actually dying, and it takes at least 3 hits to kill any full health infantry

Guess you mean mortar pit, 2inch mortar canīt do much good, heck, even riflegrenades are better. But it is good that RCA atleast got the Mortar Emplacements. Atleast something the british is better on than the wehr. But to kill it you should just sneak in/ rush with some schreckers and it is dead in a sec.

I never seem to have any issues killing thiese things as PE, what are you guys doing wrong? It takes a long time for any emplacement to pack up. You must be barraging it witht he mortar ht and just expect it to sit there so you can hit it again later with another flame...how about you know...killing the support and then taking it out with schrecks or marders or p4 IS etc. I played against two in a game once and I personally killed them both.
