VENT is now refusing my entry to the server

I reinstalled windows and I'm using the same login as before (VERTIGGO) and the vent server refuses to authenticate.

I used the correct IP port and pass:
69.65.25.132
3850
sp4m

Is my name unregistered or was i using a different IP?
