Panzer Command- global adv= means exactly what, does it affect enemy tanks?

Panzer Fear- Slows and "blinds" = slower shooty, turr rotation?

IHT- the fire ports- is it one on each side and one in back?, do units rotate through the fire ports or is one assigned to each. For instance if i am circling a tank will i basically be fighting with 1 shrecker in the one port or do the ports "move" or do the gus move etc.

Panzer Command buffs your tank, however you have a global pool of 1-3 uses of it. So one tank can use it 3 times, or 3 tanks can use it 1 time, or 1 tank twice and another once.

Panzer Fear works the same, but instead of buffing you, it debuffs enemy vehicles in the area of affect, its basically an AoE Bren Button.

wrong, panzercommand effects all your tanks on the field and is a globally activated ability. (damage and penetration buff)

right, panzerfear is activated on the vehicles themselves and only effects the one you use (wide aura that effects enemy tanks)

panzerfear slows, and blinds the enemy. 

50% movement speed, -20 sight range.

yes. If you have 2 shreks inside the IHT, but the guys are all popped out with their kar's, they'll switch to the shrek once you see a tank.

on the IHT theres also around a 1.5 second delay with switching ports in it.  So if you chase a tank with 2 Schreks in the IHT you'll find one will fire, then 1.5 second later the other schrek will fire, then switch back again etc..

So there is just 1 port a side. and if i was just spinning the ht there would be no delay except for reloading?
