Problem

Hello everyone, I recently joined here, and i downloaded the EiR setup and everytime I try to set it up it says

Error type: 1

Error Code: 10061
Error Message: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

Can someone explain this to me? Is it because i have KMOD: Nations At War install and must uninstall it? I'm not sure whats causing this, so any input is much appreciated.

Nope, let me link you to the thread. Did you download the EIR_Setup.exe or the launcher?

In short, it sounds like you have a firewall activated that's blocking the connection.
