M10 Vet bug

I have 26 xp.
Vet 1
Did not buy vet 2, and i cannot buy vet 2

vet 2 buys you 25 xp from 24xp.

for further proof look at the leaderboard.

Yep, found it.

The vet modifiers have been changed in the SQL, but not on the actual units themselves.

Will be fixed soon.
