Real M18?
If we knew what was wrong with the current one...

2 things really..

1.  The gun is crap, should penetrate as good if not better than m10 3inch.

2.  its too slow, it should accelerate and be faster than m10.

its neither of those, so the model we have in game is another of relics oddities.. ie the geshitswagen.. i mean, wtf is that supposed to be?

Oh right, you were talking about stats.

I wouldn't really know, don't play EiR or vCoH much, usually testing stuff.

That looks like a modified Urban Mech from Battletech.

Im all for it!

It looks more like a Razorback to me. The Urbanmechs were more dome shaped. I always thought they looked kind of silly, personally.
