I tried spamming some last patch, underwhelmed by their performance. Without littlejohn its like it has a stuart gun (fail) and can hardly deal with shrek infantry or anything heavier than the lightest vehicle. Pumas will give it an extremely hard time now for less munitions cost, methinks.
The targeting thing is also very annoying.

The nerfing of it's damage to 65 from 75 is what brought an end to it's use for me, personaly.
I think it's ability to traverse rough terrain has also been nerfed, but I am not sure on that one.
And of course, there's the god-awful targeting table.... It's sad, really ;(

I remember someone was using a smurf account in the beginnings of EIRR and they were using tets like no bodies business. but after the nerfs i haven't seen a tet in some time.

It was me, and I wasn't smurfing : I had 8 tetrarchs, supported by a 6 PIAT blob that could repair the tets back to full health in 1.5 minutes. |

The tet does it's job: dropping behind the lines to kill vehicle-based support units, you'd only benefit from taking one or two at most now that repair mobs are gone. It need a price reduction on the little john adaptor, it doesn't really live long enough to justify the 70 muni cost and makes you feel the need to be more conservative with what should be a highly aggressive unit.
