We are in need of some new helpers for vent/launcher!
By being a helper you commit yourself to aiding newer players either on vent/launcher or in game whenever possible, in return you will get a fancy helper tag and lots of gratitude .

In the long run we can also give you the ability to register new players so that they do not have to wait around for a moderator to show up. (And who knows you could even make it to be a moderator or tester?)

There's a lot of new players coming in but a large amount are having issues comprehending game mechanics, finding games, building companies, etc. Your help will allow us to expand our playerbase further, making it easier for everyone to find games and create a warmer community overall.

Well, for one you will probably need ventrilo and you should be around at least several days a week.
Not going to put a number on the amount of people you should be helping or the amount of hours you should invest overall, in general we just expect you to at least provide a warm welcome, give a helping hand to newer players coming in (More so than an average member of the community would) when you have the time to.

It's inevitable that some helpers are going to be 'better' than others but as long as they all 'care for' and 'help' the average new players more than an average community member would they are already making a significant difference.

You can sign me up, I don't play as much atm, not while smurfing and other drama is still so rampant but I am always willing and eager to help new players in to the mod. Happy to idle in vent with the tag whenever I am online.

i could help people building their companies since i try out almost every doctrine and company build

What I see after helming a lot of new players setting up their companies is their inexperience in how to size their callins and how the "counter" spam system works here in eirr. So keep this in mind, helpers!! No more 18 pop callins of infantry without AT, lol. Or the engimatic m18 + mg callin, the pak pak pak pak callin. The double flammenwerfer minesweeper combo.

I believe we had a thread with a lot of base builds for companies, a lot of the builds posted there were a newbies dream to get into EIRR.
