Does this give the same bonus as the LT, even the same vet bonus that the Lt gets at vet 2? also does this all stack with the munnition half track?

He gives half the bonuses an LT does, so around 7,5%. And I dont see why it shouldn't stack with the munitions halftrack.

i wouldnt be sure if that stack because the munition ht buffs all have "exclusive true"
