No its just inversely related to the % of brain tissue left in your skull, looks like you're all out of from retreat-button smashing. 99 sps of vet? That was to be EIRR world record.

Pfffffft, if all i did was instantly retreat all my units then i would have had to had played about 60 games to get all to vet 3.

Im not bragging yet, not till everything is vet 3, which is 2 rifles and 2 m10s need vetting.
