Error with launcher and could I get a game deleted please

Greetings guys

Sorry to bother you again, but I loaded up the launcher.... it downloaded a file, now when it loads back up I get an error saying      Custom Error Type : 7
                                                       Error Code : 43

Also, I was just playing a 1v1 with myself (Wyatt) as attacker and Hardcase as defender. The battle ID is 1123. Anyway, about 10 or so minutes in, the game finishes claiming that I was defeated. I still had over 1000 VP and units on the field. We checked our War Control Panel and the battle did not count, however my Coy (Alpha ) is stille engaged. I clicked abandon but I think Hardcase logged before I found out that you have to abandon via the battle section.

Looks like you lost because you didn't hold at least 10% of the territory.  You should have gotten a 3 minute timer warning you.  That 'check' is starting sooner than I'd like, it'll be fixed in the next version.

FLDash - OK, will do... how do I use my Alpha Coy again?

Phil - The launcher asks for login name and PW... I enter them... it loads up until nearly finished then I get that error
