Bataillon declines me...

My Bataillon declines me each time I press it, got enough PP (21-1) an Sp (6-1)...

Check to see if you selected a doctrine ability you didn't intend to click on (this can happen when looking at doctrines). When this happens to me it is almost always the reason behind the problem.

Also, check the advantages page for the same thing.
