You think that is sweet, all the workers in Vegas are Mexican. Including the M&Ms at the Hershey store. We didn't realize it at the time, but the M&M is throwing out gang signs. Cheesy

None published yet, but I am a magnificent writer;not to sound arrogant or anything. Here's a poetic excerpt I wrote a year ago. Its not too bad, but a little emo-tional.

Breathe one last breath and let your eyes seal closed. Watch your being die away deeper, deeper, deeper. Watch your dreams grow fainter, as your life is drawled away. Examine your carcass collapse to the cold floor, blood soaked amongst the flesh.  The breath last taken finally released into the cold heavens, the last of your inexistent life. The bloodstained blade collapsing to the floor with a thunderous clang, as the batter of a pistol crumpled her body to the cold floor.  She lay there blood-soaked with tears on her face, dying amongst you, upon you she fell. With your last urge of strength you grasp her hand and hold it, dying with her in your tender heart. One last breathe…the last you ever had with her…was finally taken, dying amongst her you accommodate death.

To be fair, i am not into all this romanticizing death malarky, there is nothing sweet or lovely about death, that poem shows it in an almost pleasant way.

That is quite offensive to all the families and people who have lost people they love and to all the people who suffered painful deaths.

No one wants to die, when a person commits suicide if they are able to cry out (aka jumping off a building etc), it is a scream of regret, there is no going back and if they could be freeze frozen in that place and asked "do you still want to die?" Most would probably say no, these people wanted help and attention, not death.

^that is completely fucked up, writing about the horrors of war in a matter of fact way or things like that is fine, but making sound like an almost good thing is terrible.

no wonder so many kids cut themselves and try to commit suicide.

First off its not showing death as a pleasant thing. How do you see that as pleasant. It about a phycopath who can't stand living without the love of his life, but she doesn't love him. So if he can't have her nobody can, so he kills her. He then regrets it and kills himself. Its not showing pleasure in death. How does that show pleasure; look at it. That tries to make it gloomy and devilish. I never said anything in it about death being pleasant. I hate misinterpretations.

na, its the over all feel.

There is nothing describing the searing pain, the chocking on nothing (or blood).
"dreams grow fainter" where is the horror and the pain of death? the fear of it?

With Writing sometimes the over all feel, can give a stronger message than the words, if the structure was harsh that would give over the impression of death and harsh and horrible, the overall feel of your piece is soft and romantic almost.

Yeah I get what you are saying; I don't really like this, but a friend asked I write her a somewhat emo romance poem like thing. So I wrote it, its just the only real thing on this harddrive I could share. I somewhat hate it, but it has a place.

emo is one thing, being stupid and changing your forum posting names on a regular basis is another.. i'd recommend against it anymore.
