0.7.7 Changes

Battalion Changes
*Starting Fuel decreased by 50 from 1250 to 1200.
*Fuel Advantages decreased by 25 from 125/250/375 to 100/200/300.
*Manpower Advantages increased by 100 from 300/600/900 to 400/800/1200.
*Super Heavy Tanks(KT, Jagd) limited to ONE per company,
*Heavy Tanks(Pershing, Tiger) limited to TWO per company.

General
*All doctrine timer (Call In,Deployment) abilities now work as intended.
*Some Aura graphics changed to prevent graphics glitches.
*Various small bug fixes.

US
*Lock and Loaded works as intended.
*Smoke Grenade Smoke vastly increased in duration(30s instead of 10s)
*Smoke reverted to 15 Munitions.
*Sherman Mineflail now gives 5m Mine Detection without being active.
*American Officer can now pick up weapons.

British
*Commandos Implemented
*Boy's AT weapon drop model added.
*Expert Engineers should now give the extra repair.

Wehrmacht
*Officer Supervise now works on Support Weapons as intended.
*Blitz T2 Smoke is now x2 Use.
*Blitz heat rounds/keep moving occupy the same ui slot.
*Tiger tank commander toggle not working.
*Precision strike rocket changed to a slightly modified firestorm rocket.  

Panzer Elite
*Scorched Earth Implemented
*IST accuracy vs all infantry fixed to match its accuracy vs tommies(0.75).

1 or 2 abilities might not work. Slow Moving hasn't been finished yet.

There is, but it's not completely up to date, we changed some parts of it and haven't updated the table yet.

The launcher should be up to date.

1. Not really a big fan of reducing fuel pool
2. Not a big fan of re-implementing (albeit doctrinally) mine detection for units other than sweepers either
3. Also, not sure how balanced increasing range on grenades will be, even if it is a t4 for SE, incendiaries can already be thrown incredibly far
4. Did vet1 regen for brit officers get removed?  Last I saw it was still in place.
5. Do we really want to give british infantry MORE HP?  They are already a pain in the ass to kill as is.


Thats all I've noticed at the moment.  Always nice to see another patch out.  Keep up the good work.

Booby traps are buildings only, we might make them better though.

Firecracker mines are mines are anti-infantry mines.  They suppress the squad that blows them up and has a burn aoe like incendiary grenades.

The pioneers are 5 men utility squad, they're supposed to get grenades but it's not implemented yet.   Right now they have 4 pioneer mp40s and 1 PE leader rifle.

i accidently chose the wrong tree and now i'm stuck going for the crappy t2 explosive experts ...25% mine accuracy? why do mines need accuracy?
