At vet 2 M8's receive an additional use on the mine drop.
(will upload a replay when i get it back up in vet)

Probably got reverted with a bunch of the other problems we fixed. Just a oversight from complications.

Yeah we should, then next vet rework will make the veterancy for each unit more unique anyway.
