Is the ambush a separate buff from the +33% accuracy?

ive never seen anyone use this T4, always seemed pretty shitty, but i guess if you have your officer behind your troops when they ambush it could be pretty baller.

might be a good T4 to try just because i dont see anyone expecting it or knowing how to counter it right now.
