Tier 4 Unlocks

Hi there, I'm now level 7 and been playing for 3 days straight all day to get to Panzer VI - Tiger, what I didnt know was that I couldnt unlock the doctrines I wanted, only a few limited ones.

This is what I have:

Would it be possible to reset my points so I can clear my mistake? Please?
