I use a lvl 6 blitz account now.
I purchased tier 1 and 2 fuel.
1200+100+200=1500
But I only have 1400 now.
2 panthers 1000
1 stug 140
1 p4 250
1 bike 10
1000+140+250+10=1400
100 fuel missing.
Hope a dev can add the fuel back.

Level two fuel doesn't give you +200 fuel ontop of the level one fuel's +100, it gives +200 total. Likewise, a level 3 fuel advantage gives you a total of +300 fuel for a max of 1500 fuel in your company.
Not a bug.
