Anyway, a viable army consisting solely of vehicles is very detrimental to gameplay. All anti-infantry becomes useless. Not very fun if the majority of your army is useless.

The idea for armor is a mechanized force. Really, I hope to have a fully mechanized force eventually.

i gotta agree with you there spitfire the whole idea of armor is to be able to be able to come extremely close to only running vehicles, i think it is one of the more interesting tree's in that function, and why i played it so much last run.

but it ultimately comes down to the fact is it capable to do it on just 1 vehicle type?  thats the interesting issue i think.  I'm going to play around with my allied company a bit with different armor ideas to test some things i wanted to before we get this next wipe.

Ok i am pissed now too..while facing off with apershing with my tiger and stuh 2 fucking m8s start hitting my rear armour and destroy my engine right away...i cant move my tiger and my tiger shoots the m8s like 5 times each and i think that is ridiculous they didnt die..i lost my p4, stuh, and tiger to m8s, and 2 storms with shreck squads because once i uncolked my storms got insta supressed by the m8 hmg

The problem is, a PAK can't stop m8's worth a damn right now. I put 3 Panzerfaust into one yesterday, didn't even stop the bastard.

they are to quick for a pak, and will rip a pak a new one unless its firing from a long long distance off, and they RELIABLY get engine criticals constantly on tanks from behind, they always have.

and bonte, why were you shooting a stuh at a pershing Smiley

i have a solution. 1. The puma should be able to be upgraded with a topgunner and its uped gun to help it agianst infantry when its upgraded. an upgunned puma loses to m8s anyway so i think that it should be made less vulnerable to rangers and at guns. 2. The puma gun is made into an m8 killing machine like it should be. 3. The m8 penatration to heavy tanks should be lowered considerable. FLDASH pak guns are usless against m8s unless u can maintain the element of surprise and get 2 or 3 shots off before the m8 flanks u.........the stuh was mostly 57 bait..and it worked perfectly both 57s shot at the stuh and it 5% buged...i managed to limp it away after i killed the pershing but it was engine damaged by m8s and killed. my gtiger was engine damaged too...both my tiger and stuh were stilll alive out of 57 range and both with destroyed engines fighting 2 m8s and they both lost in the end...what i dont get is..if in RL if a sherman could only penatrate the rear armour of a tiger from very close..and only the rear armour, then how the helll could an m8

Put mines behind your PAKS like every normal player does... when it flanks you, it hits the mines.

Also, we WILL NOT adjust penetration modifiers toward certain vehicles.

There is a nerf coming down tonight, we'll see what it does.  We can stop crying now.

fldash do u think i have the resources and pop cap to focus my army on pak guns? pak guns are already expensive...im not gonna have a tiger and a stuh on the field and then call out 2 paks....and then call out pioneers just to lay mines behind my paks making my paks even more of a waste?Huh? apparently u play with unlimited resources or something...

also i dont think the OVERWHELM ability is working right

breaking my heart, i use to play this style all the time in 1.5 >.. call in m8, halftrack, jeep and a sherman as my start.

did it ALL The time.. oh well, when your this good they call you MR .. but when your this old, your just gramps!
