The joy of WOT is the different tanks. EiR has the ability to add a lot of new (balanced) tanks to its list.. but currently most are only 'reward' units. People want diversity and new tanks..
shrug...?
meh, we have enough tanks.. i prefer infantry combat and tactics. |

I'd like to see doctrines worked out before adding new tanks. Think the problem is that many of them would either be imba or useless in the metagame.
PZIII for instance would be like an IST. PZII would compete with Wirble and Ostwind.
For the Allies, literally the only tank for the US would be Stuarts and Sherman variants.
The Brits would use Shermans, Stuarts, Cromwells, Churchills.
Realistically, its not that much variety or anything, its just that WoT likes to add a bunch of shit that never saw combat and make it far more effective than it should be.

I want them to implement the full german list. I want my marder III so I pretend im my own vet 3 marder (which dont last very long) and im fighting a stack in EiR. I wonder how the M10 would be once its implemented. Realisticly has a slow turret right?

Yes, the M10 had a hand crank traverse, taking about 2 minutes to make a full rotation.
It would be like a STuG, with less armor. The trouble is then adding the defensive .50 cals to them...
I still think it would be more interesting to redo the penetration rates, and make tanks more or less disabled somehow when things do penetrate, at least until you can repair them.

Lets make EIRR Panzer Mod. You get 1 CoH tank and you can grind it up. Axis is = PE and Wehrmacht Vehicles combined and same thing with brits. Health buffs and abilities via doc unlocks. Playmod for EIRR  ah ah let's make this I was wondering something, is it possible to make a FPS mod on a strategy game (like CoH )? |
