[Tech] Can't Start Launcher

This is the error i'm getting. I've installed .net 1.1, 2.0 3.0 3.5 and 4.0 and nothing, dx9c is fully installed i installed the microsoft thing, i dont know what's going on. I just updated windows and i'm going to see if any of the .net sp updates fixed it but for the moment, i can't get anything but that error.

Just a little background. Just installed XP Pro SP3, full clean install, no cracks or anything but it just wont work Sad

I even deleted the launcher folder and fully reinstalled and still nothing.

When you say you fully removed the install, did you install via the installer package - or the autoupdater?

If you *just* used the autoupdater, it wont install all the other pre-requisites, the biggest one being the dxweb.exe from microsoft.

just from the autoupdater. So i have to fully install it, thats cool i have the eirr installer, so i'll give that a shot
