No they still function under the old CoH system, so any Cooldown modifiers have virtually no effect

If you have Corsix Mod Studio just repackage them all into an SGA file and open it with Corsix.

Corsix can't open their version but if you unpack it with the extractor and repack it with Corsix you've got no issues

Alright fack so how do I repackage it? Mod repackager in the tools menu wont popup and when I try to create a new mod all I get is a error.

Click on "Load CoH/OF Mod" and open a mod file(opening EiR works fine)

Then go to the mod repackager and use it. It will be available now and you can then specify which files to repackage
