Author Topic: Download Latest Version gives you a mass effect two file.  (Read 1091 times)

Well I clicked the "Download Latest Version" link and I downloaded the file. When I clicked to run the file it brought up mass effect 2. I had the option to play mass effect two and I could unistall it. I also noticed that the icon for the installer was mass effect 2. Now i'm either going crazzy here or there is some sort of a problem with the EIR installer.

Hmmm i tried again and it gives me EIRRSetup but the file picture is that of mass effect 2 and when i click on it mass effect 2 pops up. Kind of an odd problem. Also when I click to download EIRRSetup from file font it first shows a 441.83 mb file but downloads a 361 mb file.

Sometimes if windows is slow for some reason, it will take an icon of a installed or recently installed programm and use it instead (just so it looks the same) when double clicked will still run EIRR

It definitely runs mass effect 2 when I click play, which is very odd. Thanks for your input though I wish it was just that simple.
