OK whatever, maybe it's technically "working", I guess it just turns out that with windup and cooldown etc., 25% on just the reload is impossible to notice, and really is not much use.
Anyway, who can i send a pm to?

Tanks have ONLY reload. so it affects the only stat that matters on tanks. The skill works fine.

for every p4 shoot it gets two from your shermie.......well roughy It's actually no where close to that. The ability is timed, so only works on 1 or 2 shots, and .25 only brings it to about the same time as a P4. Shermans already shoot slower than P4s. Profile is 1337noob  |
