hello all,
I downloaded the erir, but at the launch/log in screen it says log in details wrong...but yet i am logged into here???
any ideas anybody please !!

They really need to make the forum log in and the launcher login the same thing... I don't see the advantages to two different logins, and its also confuses a lot of the new people  |

the war control panel info is the info you use to login to the launcher. make sure that u press the confirm button twice (it tells u to CONFIRM UR ENTRIES) |

Since yesterday I am trying to Login, but I get always the info "cannot connect to server".
Is it possible, that my access is blocked, because I`m living in the UAE?

Where you live shouldn't be an issue.
A carry over from our previous system is that you need to be Registered in the War Control Panel.
On the left hand side right under the donations area it says "You have to be registered in the War Control Panel."
Click the Hyperlink and follow the instructions. It will link your forum account with the Launcher

Once you register to the forum, make sure you look on the bar on the left side of the site, highlighted in green is War Control Panel, make sure you set that up too it needs your Relic name then once you have done that try the launcher. crap brn beat me to it |

have you tried running your shortcut to EIRR as an administrator? If not, just right click, then go to properties, then hit the compatibility tab, and check always run as administrator |

There is something on the client computer blocking or redirecting the file requests.
I cant help - you need to find out / remove any proxies, firewalls, blocking routers etc you have between you and the server =/
