In a battle I found that my greyhounds had unlimited mines.

Well, I'm going to have to change the system back to the old way.  I modified when things were removed from your inventory in an attempt to 'refund' when things didn't go right (for example Bombing Run screws up).  Apparently it's causing issues where you sometimes have unlimited uses...

i think that when you move a unit while its laying a mine it 'aborts' but the mine gets laid anyway.
