Hi,

I'm looking to build an allied company (either British or American) that is very "outside the box" and geared towards supporting my teammates. I had a few ideas from commandos involving the Line-of-Sight tier 4 that isn't as flashy but helps support the whole team by revealing what units come onto the field. The ideas can come from both the American and British faction and would probably need to include details on what units to buy as-well-as the doctrine and unit unlock choices. Once again the goal of this company is to be supporting teammates instead of the traditional AW and Pershing coys. "Outside the box" really means that I don't necessarily want obvious coys that everyone picks. I would instead like to have a company that's pretty unique, hence the reason why I'm asking for help because... I'm not sure how to build unique companies that work very well at all.

Please post suggestions.

I tried the infantry support weapon build with that t4.. it sucked.  It was purely a support company, but to be really successful you need to be able to survive on your own because half the time you play its 2 v 2 or rarely get the support against the truly mobile enemies your support needs Wink

I agree. I probably didn't make that very clear but I do want to be able to handle things on my own. My goal, however, will be to heal the rangers or fire the arty or fire smoke shells for my teammates etc. Sure I can participate in attacks, but my goal is to try and help the whole team win the game together rather than my traditional approach to just get as many kills as possible on my own.

Emplacement heavy british. It's in a box, outside of it.

In fact EIRR still scratches it's head over how emplacement heavy companies can be made viable. If you do try you can play a lot of games with it and judge its strengths and weaknesses, I'm sure the Asscave will love to read it.

Yes Im serious.

Emplacements company is fail you'll earn alot of losses but it is different

the Howitzer/Quad +Riflemen w/Stickies + Flame and mine Engineers is always a different feel when i get bored as it has no AT aside from mines and stickies

The best and the most unique company build is over 100 minesweepers it supports team quite a lot and can be handy for clearing out  minefields that destroy their pershing and lv spams' engine

Inside and outside of a box, how could I beat that? Consider this considered.

1 puma. GG.

To be honest though, Condor - if you want something original that's never been done before - you need to think of it yourself, rather than expect other people to come up with it! Otherwise - it's still their idea, it's just you're the one who stole it.
