update without updater

can I download update without automatic updater, cause my connection is troubled when downloading large file, but its fine for game, so is there a way I can download it via normal http or even torrent, so i can safely resume it when my connection is broken?

The updater updates each file - theres only one big one (and some med-sized maps)

If your connection cant handle downloading these files, I dont know how good your in-game experience (and those of the people you drop on) will be.
