Doctrine buyback gives no PP

I don't know if this has been discussed already.

When doctine deselection was implemented, it does not return the PP spent.

Can you make it give back the PP you spent when you revert or deselect a doctrine choice?

No, because people would adjust their choices based on who they are playing.
