received damage is almost the same as a health buff, tbh. It just doesn't screw with repair kits, is all.

Which makes it better than received health, because you heal more effective HP with each repair kit in the same amount of time.

Received penetration is not the same at all and is much harder to gauge the effectiveness of than received accuracy or damage, because of a combination of that it has no effect in some situation and you still take damage from bounces. I'd rather have a 2500 HP KT than a 2000 HP 0.8x received penetration KT tbh.

And id rather have you run along and discuss this somewhere else.

Ae the sideskirts, i think need bones to operate, need to check the OE (if i get it working) and the main model is skinned. The sideskirts "should" be skinned. What i mean is, they came directley from the P4. So the textures may work with the Osterwind, but will probarly need a simple recolouring to match the black metal of the whirblewind. I beleive one of the reskinners can do this. Either Royal Hants, or Deamon...

That'll make it better versus absolutely everything. Which means it might as well just have a health boost.

Honestly this is what the wirbelwind needs.

Health is always the best def buff.

More health - you won't die so fast.

it's only a chance... and we all know that you will not have 100% rec acc

flat health gives you more survivability ,  a l w a y s

+10 hp isnt going to save you from anything that will kill you instantly, which for infantry tends to be quite a lot of things. Being able to not be hit is the best protection ever, you dont take the damage, any of it. HP means ur still geting hit.

Get it?

There's zero hp buffs in the game imo, that would be better than say a 0.8 received accuracy buff

Which for instance, is what a vet one 30 cal gets

There's only two things received accuracy fails at: low scatter weapons (which everything fails against) and weapons targeting the ground or a spot, and not the unit

Riflemen. 0.8 rec acc > 0.8 rec dmg

At the same time, grenadiers - 0.8 rec acc < 0.8 rec dmg as rec dmg would allow the grens to physically survive sherman shots from there onwards.
