Im looking for a game.

Hi.

I'm looking for a game i used to play when i was younger, its a childs game ofc.
I remember you had a bubble pistol and you had a blue caps and blue t shirt and hair sticking out of the caps.

It was on PLAYSTATION 1. Anyone know what im on about? i remember we had a house as a safe place, and that we went into doors at that home to get through levels.

While we're at it.

Does anyone remember the name of that one game where you were on Rollerblades, used Graffiti to defeat the Police/Bad Guys and to tag stuff on the walls? I remember you could pick a whole bunch of awesome characters on a list, better yet was in one boss fight it was you against a tank.
