Vent not connecting

Just installed Win 7, and I cant connect to vent server what wrong???

Also, check your vent ip
Needs to be
IP: 76.74.238.52
Port: 3944

What u mean no password???

And the nubmers are already there, tryed running it as admin, changin name, adding it as execption to firwall, but nothing so far
