If only you could get the other RelicNews moderators over here... Yeah, why isn't Uberjumper trying this out?

Playerbase has had its ups and downs indeed but don't forget that with every new wave of players you get a few members added to the "core fanbase", which are pretty much the people that will be sticking to the mod untill the very end. Either way... thumbs up and promotions for everyone who has been with us for this long! .

APEX has been around since the beginning practically and I'm sure he dislikes quite a bit of the things we do, but he never has left (or even threatened to leave). He knows if he makes good arguments, then he has a chance to change the course of development.
you guys have the absolute most approachable dev team of any modification I have personaly come across. you have taken so many suggestions and arguments from the community and gone with it (of course sometimes it needs to be proven WHY it should be listened to, but tell me where thats different then anything in life) I don't think I have ever said anything ever about leaving either, myself that is (i point out things that could drive people away) and I refuse to give in on such a fun game system, i'm just out of it for a week here because of RL ... soon you shall be plagued by my constant long winded aproach to life

Well for what its worth im committed to this mod now come what may. It's doing the same thing that Napoleonic Total War, Rome Total war realism and Dawn of Warpro (i play all those) has done for those games, its giving it a breath of new life and doing what allot of rts games fear to do.

In addition, we want to encourage players to use more than one company instead of 'powering' one and giving it all their availability, resources, and gaining all the experience on it. I hope you see these as issue the same as the development team does.
Take a poll fldash.... from what i was hearing with about 10 players on TS the other night, most people were complaining about NOT being able to "power" level one company...

As badly as I get beat by the experienced players here, I imagine it would be much worse if everyone could power level one company and use that company all the time.

Ashen, one thing we are trying to prevent is the ability to immediately resupply a company after a battle. The reason is because it becomes very dull for players to play against the same companies over and over when you can immediately re-supply it. The 2 battles before a resupply we thought was a nice compromise.
In addition, we want to encourage players to use more than one company instead of 'powering' one and giving it all their availability, resources, and gaining all the experience on it. I hope you see these as issue the same as the development team does.
I'm more than willing to hear your suggestions...
I wonder how this would have been now. Resupply after 2 games :p Tough eh ?

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

Rofl.
Resupplying after 2 battles was awesome, real men can keep their company going without resupplying after every battle!
