this map is not so big at all, u guys just need to learn to adapt and not stray too far away form eachother , and now i have released this in 4v4 if u get 8 players in this map it will be super crowded , i guarentee that, coz the map size is 544 -488 , i tried to get a game on 4v4 since yesterday but no sucess till now ,fail fail lol , 4v4 r fail
but what the hell ,lets hope it will get played often when it is updated and not needed to download coz most players get headache when they know they have to dll...he he he
, stfu it's not funny lol

ome more thing i heard that the spawn points r put in the wrong positions anyone have idea or suggestions where to put then? i am asking this coz some players doesn't like where the spawn points are it is not so that it doesn't work

I think this map should get removed from the maplist , coz it hasn't been played even once after the update,players just avoid this map so i suggest delete the map

yes the map went in but coz of the players like LeutnantOlma and japanesecatoon the map does not even get a chance to be played,there r more players who dislikes it but i remember those names ,

Gork you need to make maps so they play good, they don't have to be 'historicaly accurate'.
I made my 4v4 with gameplay in mind so its fun to play, it already has 30 plays , and it's a 4v4 so they are not played that often. It's already chasing abbe winter which has 47 plays and is in launcher like forever

i made it 3v3 and 4v4 and gave it to groundfire, but groundfire forgot to add 4v4 in the launcher ,maybe in the next map pack, and i do not expect that everyone should like my map, i lost the map file so i cannot rezie them so it is what it is now ,no more changes

Please don't flame me as I *DID NOT* read through the thread. Just observing the map.
It seems a tad cluttered with too many small objects and too much yellow cover IMO. Some of the randomly placed objects such as the brushwood_driftwood_04s I saw all over the place were placed too 'in line' and it didn't come out with a random effect. Seemed a bit heavy on the dead cattle, but that's just a personall taste. I don't know if the map was edited down a tiny bit but it was very large and pretty much devoid of combat except on the far east and west flanks (from the default in-game camera view). The glider crash on the eastern edge of the map was very well done, but the scar the glider left in the ground is too triangular/jagged in it's shape (the trench itself in cross-section, not the path of the glider from a top-down view), maybe try rounding out the curve somehow. Overall a great urban map and (if it hasnt been already) I can't wait to play on it again once it's officially added. Well done!

I threw a proper atmosphere setting on, you wouldn't believe how much better it makes your map look.
Will be in next update. Also fixed map name to Sainte-Mère-Église. It was so badly misspelled that as a french speaker I couldn't live with it.
Edit: Also, no offence but your current loading screen is terrible, get a new. (Ask Deadbolt or someone else if you don't know how to do it yourself). I put in a placeholder.

I in general dont play 4v4s, and most games i have been able to get since i dont ahve time to wait around that much these days are 2v2s thats why Gork, But thanks anyway for all the effort man ! *thumbs up* !! ^^

This map was suppose to be 3v3 but coz of the size it has been made 4v4 and if i stamp it down and change size then it will not look as st.mere Eglise so eventhough ppl don't like 4v4 games i made it 4v4 so and thx Unknown for all the effort that u put it to give proper name and loading screen for my map,I appreciate what you have done. I like the loading file so i don't think it needs to be changed
