For L :
1.027174/0.76087 = 1.35
1.027174-0.76087 = 0.266304
Which, coincidentally is = 0.76087 * 0.35
Same analysis can be done for medium range penetration.
Please at least do the maths before you call me out on them.

the hvap buff is +10% buff. When you see something like that it means that it's a multiplier ala
100x15%
there are buffs that exist that give +.10 it seems the same but it's totally different as explained, i made a whole thread about it.

interesting though. hvap doesn't get damage bonus vs panther just penetration.
lol 10% buff vs panzer iv, stug, ostwind
+25% vs tigers with over a 50% buff in pen (.5 to 1.093)
so it does seem it is stacking. the +10% buff that hvap gives all tanks + the extra 15% vs heavy tanks, except you dont get it against panthers.
hmm...it seems that it is kinda adding. normal persh dmg vs jagds is 1.1 and with hvap it 1.35 a +.25 instead of +25 which would make it 1.375

2. Unknown has nothing to do with RGDs or statistics in development. Asking him on how the things are calculated is the same as asking EiRRMod why duckordie hasn't gotten any new maps out in the past week.

ok same thing. it's doin +.10 rather than +10% :sigh: looking at the m10 the havp gives 1.13 vs stug and normal is 1.03 and it really should be 1.133.
vs panzer iv norm is 1.25 and hvap gives 1.35, like persh should be 1.375
dont know if it really matters.
Oh, and why does upgunned sherman give a 20% buff vs all tanks rather than the 10%?

Actually, I do basic RGD shit now too
. But yeah, don't hassle me about statistics or math. Besides, rgds are something anyone can look into, the information is right there for you guys to read and interpret.

wheres the website spreadsheet? and if it gets 10% on top of 10% it should be 1.21 dmg rather than 1.2...but thats just being picky as the diff is 105 vs 105.875
