Mg is useless because gwag is AT not AI , don't be fooled by anyone (Tym) that says that you can do anything with it's MG. If there is handheld inf coming your way, you run like with marder.
Rapid fire provides faster fire rate but you miss more, i haven't counted exact stats but in the end it might be that normal fire is same as rapid fire because the shots that miss on rapid fire would hit without it on normal fire so in the end the dps would be the same.

Exact same reaction I had with this unit, "wait what? why do I have this thing in my company?" but I needed at in my terror and i thought id give gwagons a try over stugs. they are incredibly difficult to use. i mean take a look at the leaderboards you have just as many people with vet 1 bikes as you do gwagons. I think if their turn radius was upped or given more sight or locked on a little faster or were more accurate or the easy thing and make them 6 pop, they would be useful.

gwagons are great moving forward and backward. their acceleration and deceleration are 4 and 6, their speed is 6, faster than all tanks but Panthers and tank destroyers. so they can get into battle fast and back out of battle fast, they're just horrible moving horizontal.
So with that, i'd def go Rapid fire. 2x reload on a unit that can't turn, get in as many hits as u can.
