It seems that they dont get xp for kills so you cant get vet on them and allso it seems to sometimes bug out and not spawn units in the carrier when you call it on(but i think thats an old bug)

Using them in the On field transport mode bugs experience gain.  We'll be looking into solving when we have the time. It's not a severe issue given the general drive and die nature of Transports.

Ok then but i still use them to suppress and kill sence they are "cheaper" than Scoutcars and have 2 repairs instead of 1 that scoutcar gets for what he buys.

60Mun for mg? srsly?
and it costs 30 fule with it so i could rather just buy a clowncar and 1 repair and i got a better car.

Scout car has a advantage. It can cap. Halftrack needs a infantry squad in order to cap

don'T put a squad into it in launcher
go for some stomps and vet them up and it will keep their xp...

if its vet2 or 3 than always put squads in it in launcher and you will never loose the vet2 or 3 inf halftracks

but i would consider that as exploit

you dont need to buy the hmg, it has a gun that it comes with, the hmg is an upgrade of the gun that's as good as a normal mg42 and imo better because of the high mobility and immunity to small arms

compared to a normal mg42 yes it does. You try engaging a scout car with mg42 upgrade with any gun on allied infantry, you'll get shredded. Even zooks and rr's will have a hard time killing it head on, trust me I've tried many times, you have to get at least 3 or 4 squads to take it out b4 you're suppressed.

Also, it doesn't need to pack up and move to engage infantry on the other side, the gun just swivels.

Sure RRs phase often trough but the zooks oblitirate all LVs that exist, even bren carriers if i was lucky picking one up.

I said A locked down scout car with mg42 upgrade, not a normal scout car. The mg42 upgrade on the scout car is exactly the same as an mg42.

4 zooks. 75 dmg for zooks, Scout car = 260 health.

so you're fussing about a highly mobile unit that has the suppression of the wm mg42 not being able to withstand AT fire? If you leave it down long enough to get killed by zooks or rr's or atgs that's your fault. When I ran PE more often i had two of these at vet 2 and only lost 'em to arty fire and a mine. They're quite good, kill quickly and they can't be flanked, 60 mu and 15 fuel is a very cheap investment made. Oh, and they also cap so you can place 'em in territory that you need covered on the flank, leave it there and viola! No more backcapping.

This is a quote from firesparks but that means 2 shots are mostly enough to couse a crit like damadged engine or destroyed gun (witch happens annoyingly often if it can happen) but this means that in 1 barrage of ranger zooks is enough to take it down to be allmost useless and even tough it would suppress the rangers it would NOT pin them instantly so they most often are able to take the third shot and its complete hell when its TR zooks
Allso having 2 bars squads dose rape the scoutcar quite a bit if in no cover or just no vannilla squad even rapes it quite bad.

so, whats the problem? it still does very well versus infantry, yeah the price kinda sucks.

So if it's a problem, just take an IHT, it suppresses like a .30 cal, oh wait Zooks kill that too, crap.

Oh, wait. Zooks kill everything PE have, oh crap you're screwed then. Just don't play PE all together, Zooks are OP.
