Airdropped 57mm's are not a huge concern because AB players can only realistically drop HMG's for anti Infantry duty.

Commando's getting 6pdr's is alot scarier because they'd have excellent AI and a strong AT component. Currently the must use PIAT's while can be dealt with rather easily by moving.

If you could drop 6 pdrs... why would you buy tetrachs?

That would just stopped almost everything dead in its track, dropping right into the start of the map.
