ok, just played a game where an 88 bounced off the rear of a jumbo twice...just stupid. Funny thing is only time it penetrated the thing is when it was sitting still and repairing and it was still bouncing shots. lol

At first when i played with the jumbo i was like holy shit all those shots are just bouncing off. This thing rocks. But main thing to notice is its health. Ya shots bounce off but even those shots are causing serious trouble. The jumbo is not as tough or OP as people think. U cant just send it in to a place and expect it to come out alive. Its slow and tanks and shreks can easily go around it and kill it. Dont be expecting it to cause damage to defensive position either. As Skaffa said its a battery ram. Most axis will focus their attention on the jumbo(thus the spongie armor), but the damage dealers will be the units following it. But i guess it gets all the attention for not dying, even though its kills can be low. So basically hey lets ignore the guys killing us and lets focus on that giant piece of metal.

If the armor ratings are all jacked up, fine fix it give it churchill or pershing, but it should have high HP if thats the case to counter the whole armor adjustment. This discussion seems to have 3 different opinions. 1. OP, fix armor, higher cost   2. Broken armor, fix armor rating   3. Fine.

Leave the pop, change the armor type to Churchill armor. The END. Its still going to be a good unit, it will still fill its niche. The only thing that will change is that axis AT will have regular, planned modifiers against it. Mkk? @ The devs, just try it as a trial. If it honestly makes the jumbo suck ass, change it back :| ...

I don't think it needs changing. It seems as if people are lazy and don't want to go through the effort of taking down a heavy tank.

Which the standard AT units can't engage. Jumbo's Pop should go up to 15 or at least to 14 to match Panther's pop. Currently the only viable counter is a Panther.

A bit of a baised comment there, its mainly just the pak38 and 88 that have the problems.

And 15 would be too high, 14 is the magic number.

pak 38, Schreck and 50mms can't engage it and if 88s either can't shoot at it, that leaves only Panther, Tiger and similar heavy tanks to be able to engage Jumbo, Marder however is a thing I haven't tested vs Jumbos. It is a Specialized heavy tank that is made to take in shells and iti s better than a Churchill, therefore I see no reason it to be cheap in pop. Boosting its pop up to 14-15 is the only right way to go. Panther's specialized tank killer, its 15, therefore Jumbo should be along the same lines.

wow 15? Its not like this thing has major splash for inf or AP rounds. I see no reason why it should be so high.
