Its a common mistake to lock on to a few units and be unable to see than in some situations, they aren't optimal and therefore avoid picking them for all fights.
Hellcats for instance need the AP round T4 to be really good, but then they turn into a much better unit.
If you're getting stomped for 35+ games, chances are its not only the high skill level of the mod and many "friend circles", but also lack of adaption.
I dunno, people dont play enough with hellcats without the armor T4 that I've seen so I haven't much more to add. Maybe its overpriced, but didnt it get buffed pretty good with the most recent vcoh adaptions?
I've also seen that you aren't a very aggressive player, you want to take the tactical route, I feel like EIRR punishes slow play these days very hard and that you have to play aggressive and fast to stand up to people doing the same.

...to lose a race vs jagdpanther is a bit lame if you have a Gh or a jeep, isn't it?

You are right. I do not play aggressive cause I can not think of one allied unit which is good at making pressure on enemy AT and Inf ...
I do play aggressive with Brit Inf based gren Carriers cause they are higly mobile and the bren can attack inf while the sappers can attack vehicles

The M18 did get a buff smokaz, but its pen. is only .65 at max range, which I think is ~= to a 75mm sherm (i dont have time for cohstats, dont take it as exact). It still fails miserably against stugs and regularly bounces off of P4s. The speed buffs it now has thanks to vcoh and eir allow it to be an excellent flanker (atm in vcoh, it now holds true to its lineage and to its tooltip, its faster and has better accel than the M10. Not sure about vcoh, but, smokaz, you did in fact mention vcoh ^^). EiR has a bevy of Paks and shrecks on the flanks of just about everything, so flanking is only useful part of the time. But the M18 with vet and the HVAP T4 is (in theory) a sight to behold. I cant wait till I can get an M18 that far and see for myself

Ok I said they suck... but only because of this:
"as I said I just want the Jeep and GH a bit faster... the other points I mentioned where Marder III armour, AC not getting enough mine damage (espeacially not getting engine damage << bug) and BOOMERANG Schreck projectiles... ok every projectl. follows target
...
and motorcycles which u cannot hit with tank gun.

@ doesntalkmuch your last statement doesnt make sense, I'm strictly an allied player and I complain a bit, but obviously no one likes to complain. It's not something that people would regard as fun. Also, TBH Allies are pretty decent at the moment. Have you even seen the Axi doctrines? Some o em aren't finished and the rest are generally badly made. Go look at Blitzkrieg, just LOOK at the buffs for each tree and how much they all suck.
