A replacement idea for Elite Grenadiers as a reward unit. Probably not a reward card, but a dedicated in-your-company unit available to all doctrines but only after a prefix of unlocks or after a certain amount of XP or PP is obtained. Thoughts?

Ostfront Heer Veterans    

Doctrine: WM. All.
Unlock Conditions: Unknown.
Unit Class: Elite Infantry.
Unit Icon (In-Game): Wehrmacht Grenadier icon with small Knights Cross icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Unit Skin: WM Grenadier boots, US Engineer combat trousers, PE Luftwaffe Ground Forces torso WITHOUT BACKPACK, WM Mortar Team backpack, PE Panzer Grenadier helmet with color reskin (same shade of tan as the Engineer combat trousers), add WM Officer pistol holster.
Unit Role: Anti Infantry.
Build Cost: 350 Manpower.
Build Time (vCoH): 55.
Population Upkeep: 6.
Manpower Upkeep: N/A.
Pool Type: Infantry.
Pool Occupation: 12.
# Of Squad Members: 4-5.
Reinforce Cost Per Man: N/A.
Health Per Man: 90.
Target Type: infantry_elite.
Critical Type: infantry.
Move Speed: 2-3.5.
Sight Range: 35.
Detection Range: 0/12.
Weapons:
   -1x G43_Rifle, 3x G41_W_Rifle (M1 Garand with Grenadier K98k accuracy at M/L ranges).
Or;
   -1x G43_Rifle, 1x LMG42, 3x G41_W_Rifle (M1 Garand with Grenadier K98k accuracy at M/L ranges).
Upgrades:
             - M24 Stick Grenades ( 25 Munitions): The squad gains 2 uses of ‘Throw Steilhandengranate!’
Abilities:
   - Throw Steilhandengranate!: Throws an M24 stick grenade, excellent for flushing enemy infantry out of cover.
   - Proceeding Reputation (120 second cooldown): The squad can target any enemy entity within a 35m radius, which will then fall into ‘Out of Control!’ conditions without the following death critical. This also applies to infantry units which will run about in terror (use animations of burning units running around).
Capping Speed: 2.0 (assuming vCoH speed for sector-occupation-capping).
Retreat Modifier: 0.5.
Veterancy Bonuses:
-Vet1 (? XP): Received Damage .85, HP Regen (0.035).
-Vet2 (? XP): Accuracy 1.25, Sprint Ability with double the normal cooldown.
-Vet3 (? XP): Health 1.1, Damage 1.2, Gains extra squad member armed with an LMG42.
Other: Just something to replace the Elite Grenadiers, which just seem to me to be G43-armed Grens…bland? Extra flavor, if you will. Squad moves at 3.5 speed in friendly and neutral territory, and at 2 speed in enemy territory.

It's more expensive Stormtroopers with no cloak....why would you mix weapon ranges? That's total fail.

Ok, I attempted to use ingenuity and make a new ability that wasnt a knockoff of cloak, sprint, suppressing fire, or grenades. Na thats k, shit all over it. Then try and suggest something better.

Corrected the title; I used google translator, fuck off.

Gave them all long range weapons.

Dropped the munitions cost and the manpower cost by 100. They were so expensive because I was planning to give them heroic crits. These guys would be REPLACING ELITE GRENADIERS. WHY WOULD THEY THEN NEED TO BE SO SPECIALIZED, WHEN ELITE GRENADIERS ARENT?

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.
