I'm a lazy bastard when it comes to expansions. I just bought both expansions, partially so I can actually play PE, but anyway so I installed it and I get this for all three games now:
"Failed to set working mod for the rendering device. This could be due to having an old version of DirectX installed."
I've reinstalled directX, reinstall C++ or w/e.
Downloading the current nvidia driver from like 276.?? to 280 i think it is. But that shouldn't be the issue since it was working prior to the install of both expansions(also the directX issue shouldn't apply) ....
I read up on how to get around this by plugging in in the target line -memvidoblahblahblah and it didn't help at all. Tried all the numbers I've seen and not one worked.
I've contacted THQ but they seem to be lazy and don't realize my urgency...
I have to go to College in like 3 hours and haven't had any sleep cause of this shit. So I'm going to have to freebase AMP drinks tomorrow to stay awake. paaahaaa
