My 2 cents
1) I believe that grenadiers with elite armor for free is a little too powerful.
2) My suggestion, which is open to discussion, is to change battle hardened so that only storms get the elite armor. This will allow for storms to remain very good, but they are expensive and not as easily spammable with mp44s/shreks. I'm basically suggesting that reducing the frequency of elite armor is a solution rather than just eliminating it. The tier 4 would still be good for players who want to use a few stormshrek squads or mp44 squads. It will not, however, allow for players to spam blobs of seemingly invincible grens.
Removing elite armor from grens would weaken the tier 4 substantially. How about replacing it with a different buff? My suggestion is a sprint ability for volksgrenadiers with cooldown (2 uses and similar to fireup).
Now players will be able to have infantry buffs all across the board:
BATTLE HARDENED:
volks get fireup ability on cooldown (2 uses)
stormtroopers gain elite armor
Grenade, bundled nade, medkits, faust gain +1 use
KCH get assault/kits on cooldown

4 man KCH can be difficult when backed up by Geschutzwagons and fausts (which you can afford because of the munis you save by not buying paks). Hardly unbeatable though. OP... not in the least.
Honestly the Geschutz really doesn't belong in Terror. I don't think it belongs in any Wehr doctrine... or the Wehr faction at all.

Maybe because you've never actually fought KCH
KCH eat shots from all of those excluding M18, which will never hit, and pershing.
I can simply heal with gechutes cover after that and its like that encounter never existed for me.

and why should the soloution to any infantry engagement be "Lol Bar supression". Its just the metagame, bring some mgs, kch can get supressed, even with fearless, if he assaults you, push him around with a jeep or something. and while your pushing him, the mg is ripping him in half. Ive played against kch spam time and time again, and its not very hard to beat.

lolk, 4 man KCH with that amount of dps at that range wont take even 1 burst to kill the jeep. and supression fire isnt all that great with the standing up and less recieved supression buff. anyone half decent will split their minimum of 2 KCH up and just annihilate anything.
