Beer is probably one of the most complex forms of alcohol out there. There literally is a science to having the perfect beer to every dinner (that science of course is entirely personal, while certain beers generally go with various foods, it really is up to you Smiley )

couldnt find a picture of original non-diluted applewine which looks darker and is only being made by a few private brewers anymore.
apple wine from frankfurt (drink of the gods is how i call it)

i do believe wine to be more complex in the simple fact that it's just grapes for the most part, and depending on how much sun, warmth, type of soil, and many many other factors that wine can have an extra-ordinary amount of flavors associated with it. You can get flavors such as chocolate and berry, or green peppers and hay.

Not so much with beer, yes, different yeasts and hops can give it a variety of flavors, but usually actual ingredients are added to flavor it.

Yeah that's just in germany, not so in the US. the same is with wines, that's why german beer is so high quality. but in the states there are many things put in beers, i dont know enough about german beer to say how much variety there is, but in the US there's beers of all sorts of flavors as well as styles.

yes, usually fruit flavors are made with wheat, I have seen cherry, pomegranate, raspberry, apricot, blueberry, blackberry wheat beers.

As with all beer some are good, some bad, often times fruity beers are bad (imo) because they are usually on the sweeter side.

Right now we have a lot of pumpkin flavored beers, some more off the wall flavors I've seen is creme brulee flavor, it was surprisingly good, but very rich, I'd only do a half pint of it.

Another thing that's quite popular are high percentage imperial IPAs, which get up to 10-12% range and are some of my favorite beers.

Ever heard of the maize judgement in EU law? Germany has to accept any imported EU-produced liquor or beer if its legally produced elsewhere on the EU market. The german purity law does not bind anyone.

To actually prohibiting the use of the word "beer" on imported bottles which do not adhere to Reinheitsgebot.

What your quote actually says, and I forgive you for being a total dumpster and misinterpreting it, is that the substances must be listed on the bottle label.
