"Yeah, that's nonsense." When I read CNN, I have to be spotting and searching for all the sleazy and hidden implications they're supercharging their articles with.
Maybe you only see these kind of things because you WANT to see them? That's exactly what certain media outlets want you to believe anyway, there's only 'liberal' and 'conservative' news. Unbiased news DOES exist, and BBC/CNN sure come a lot closer to bringing unbiased news than Fox news ever will. (I'm saying this as a European mind you, we don't get none of this bullshit skewed media like you Americans do... because our media is usually government funded. )

This is EXACTLY why media shouldn't be funded by big corporations.

And if the media told only the truth half the people in the world would still deny it because it doesn't fit with how they want the world to be.

@Schmidt: Outfoxed a documentary produced by ...... MoveOn.org *rolls eyes*. Why, of course that's not slanted. I think you're just proving my point.

@Unkn0wn: There are plenty of great sources of private news in the U.S. (I've already mentioned a few). They're just too serious for the general population. I hate both Fox and CNN alike, so why would I want to see anything in them? Sure, I lean towards the right, but I can recognize a great news source when I see one. The New York Times, for example, a magazine that is quite left-wing is great. The grey lady is a very high quality no-bullshit (with the exception of some op-eds Tongue) news outlet.

Oh, by the way, this is hilarious: http://www.thedailyshow.com/watch/tue-june-21-2011/fox-news-false-statements.

So, like, for example. Glenn Beck. Let's Politifact him! The verdict? he's full of shit. I bet MSNBC is not this way! Oh, darn, Maddow is full of shit too. Although, to be fair, she doesn't have any Pants on Fire ratings. Sean Hannity is surprisingly okay.
