Please remove Elite Criticals for tanks. This is a serious problem.

Elite crits = you can get a damaged engine from a frontal atg shot (i think its a 20% chance)

We're leaving it in because we decided to remake elite criticals into something worth having.

It will be in next patch. If Leo is up to it, he can come by and post a synopsis on what has been changed.
